Senior Voice America Expands Radio Show to Two Days/Week
Popular Tampa talk show for active adults will air Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11 a.m. on 1250 AM WHNZ

LUTZ , FL-- Aug 24, 2011 / (http://www.myprgenie.com) -- Senior Voice America, a radio talk show reaching listeners ages 50+ from Sarasota to Pasco county, is adding a second day to its weekly programming.

Airing Thursdays from 11 a.m. -- noon on 1250 AM WHNZ since February, 2011, a second edition of the program will air every Tuesday at the same time beginning Sept. 6, 2011.

Tied closely to the 31-year old newspaper, Senior Voice America, the Thursday morning edition of Senior Voice America became a quick sell-out for advertisers just a few months after its launch, with many advertisers choosing packages that include both print and radio ads.

"The test is over," said Todd Goldman, publisher of Senior Voice America and host of Senior Voice America under stage name Evan Gold. "We have ongoing interest from advertisers, interesting guests, and listeners who are calling in. It's time to take our show to the next level."

Goldman chose to air the show on WHNZ due to the affluence of the station's listeners and their corresponding demographics of age and geography. For example, WHNZ boasts the second highest household income of any radio station in Tampa Bay.

According to ClearChannel reports, the Senior Voice America show is the #1 downloaded podcast on WHNZ.
