Daily Venus Diva Editor, Stephanie Penn Joins PLUS Model Radio As News Contributor
#1 Plus size lifestyle magazine lends voice to #1 Plus size radio show

Penn will lend her knowledge of curvy news, straightforward commentary and unique perspective as she joins the show to discuss all things plus size including entertainment and breaking news. 

In addition to her new role on PLUS Model Radio, Penn will continue to serve as Editor-In-Chief of Daily Venus Diva; a plus size magazine that caters to more than 40 million women in the United States alone who wear a size 14+. Published online daily and featuring a monthly cover & interview, topics include DVD Fab-Finds, plus clothing & style trends, beauty how-to's, dating & relationship advice as well as lifestyle, culture and news relevant to today's curvy woman.

About Stephanie Penn

Detroit, MI native Stephanie Penn got involved with the plus size community as owner of an online boutique that catered to plus size women. Upon reaching out to Venus Diva Magazine (now DailyVenusDiva.com) for advertising opportunities Stephanie was immediately impressed with the magazine and its thriving community (VenusDiva.com) of confident & curvy women. She eventually became a contributing writer for the magazine.  She later became the Entertainment & Lifestyle Editor of the magazine. In September 2009, she was appointed Editor-In-Chief of the newly modeled DailyVenusDiva.com.

As the Editor-In-Chief of DailyVenusDiva.com, Stephanie Penn is responsible for articulating the vision for the daily online magazine and its content, tools and online community. Ms. Penn works closely with the publisher (V.I.E. Thrive) to provide the infrastructure and development assets necessary to deliver the content, feature set and tools to the consumer in the most effective fashion. She also supervises and works closely with editors and writers to develop ideas and oversee direction of features, blogs, videos, social media, etc. 

A proud advocate for the Plus size community, Stephanie serves as the Co-producer of the Detroit edition of the International Fuller Woman Expo (http://www.thefullerwomanexpo.com/home?d=1326735064787) & is President and Co-founder of the Pretty Girl Project, whose mission is to celebrate internal and external beauty of girls in her hometown of Detroit, Michigan. She is also the Executive Producer of the 'Celebrate Detroit Youth Festival' held in Detroit, Michigan as kids prepare to head back to school. 

She was previously the host of Rhythmic Soul Radio and its accompanying blog and a news contributor for Life Size Radio.
