This album will be available in high quality mp3 format at the Itunes store ( www.itunes.com) as well as other major online music retailers including Rhapsody (www.rhapsody.com), Amazon MP3 (www.amazon.com/mp3), and Emusic.com (www.emusic.com ). Combining electric riffs with the sensibilities of 1960's folk music, the music is built around vivid characters whose stories are the primary focus of this work. Drawing from a rich history of discontent, several tracks are a tribute to the music of the 60's. Alternately searing and soothing, the music is emotionally charged and offers a window into our post post-modern life in a manner both unique and engaging. Conceived as a solo project by Kalyan Dudala, a New Yorker by way of India and Iowa, this release represents the culmination of an intense creative phase that birthed the majority of the material on the album.
