River Investment Partners Acquired Minority Holding in Life Science Research, Inc.


USA -- October 14, 2009 -- River Investment Partners announced today that it acquired 100% of the minority, non-controlling interest in the loan and commitment for financing to Life Science Research, Inc. ("LSRI") and Huntingdon Life Sciences Limited ("Huntingdon") that was previously owned by Anchor Sub Funding S.a.r.L. River Investment Partners is excited to provide this financing to LSRI and Huntingdon, and looks forward to a long relationship with LSRI and Huntingdon.
