Hassan Miah is the Chairman and co-founder of MyPRGenie. Most recently, Miah was a Managing Director and lead the media investment activity at Intel Capital. In 1999, Miah was the CEO of Xing Technology, the first consumer MP3 recording software company which he later sold to RealNetworks for $ 75 MM. Miah was the department head of New Media at CAA, where he established the CAA/Intel Media Lab. Additionally, Miah was part of the CAA team that created Tele-TV, the largest ever investment in Interactive TV started by three regional bell companies. Prior to CAA, Miah was a Management Consulting Partner at KPMG Peat Marwick. While at CAA and KPMG, Miah was intimately involved in developing the business plans of major entertainment companies, music companies, and high profile actors, directors, writers and producers. Miah is a CPA and received an undergraduate business degree from University of Michigan and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Miranda Tan is the CEO and co-founder of MyPRGenie. Tan has over 8 years experience in PR and marketing. Prior to MyPRGenie, Tan was the president of Excite Media Group, where she specialized in PR and marketing for start-ups and fast growth companies. Prior to Excite Media Group, Tan founded ExcitePR, a $ 2 MM hi-tech PR agency. Tan merged ExcitePR with a $15M PR and marketing firm in Silicon Valley. Tan has a BS from Cornell University and a JD from St. John’s University School of Law. She is admitted under the New York Bar.

Darlene Newman is the Vice President of Strategy and Product Development for MyPRGenie. Newman is a technology strategist with more than ten years experience in project management, consulting and business analysis within the finance, government, insurance and venture capital industries. Darlene began her career with Deloitte Consulting, leading large scale, full life-cycle, application development projects. After leaving Deloitte, Darlene went on to work for Bondisoftware, a technology startup (later acquired by Novell) to head up the firm’s project methodology department. In 2001 she took on the role of Program Director for a grassroots non-profit in New York City, and, as a result of her work, was awarded the U.S. Small Business Association’s (SBA) National Phoenix Award in 2003. Darlene holds an MBA from the University of Oxford, England.
